Jupiter Business Centre
The premium Class-A office building with GBA 18 654 sq. m located in the immediate vicinity of Pulkovo, the main international airport in St’ Petersburg. Jupiter is part of Airport City, a mixed-use business centre, mainly occupied by the Russian oil & gas giant Gazprom. The project was developed in 2014 in partnership with Warimpex Finanz, a Vienna based public real estate development and investment company
Meridian Business Centre
Located in the North-West of Moscow, Meridian was reconstructed in 1996 from a Soviet era administrative building into a GBA c. 23,000 sq. m B+ office complex, becoming one of the first quality managed office centres in the city.
